"It's important to say that one of the frustrations about the ongoing Russia investigations, the intelligence committee investigation, and a White House that is entangled in scandals is that we are not focused on the important work that the American people expect us to focus on."
"The American people expect us to create good paying jobs that will raise family incomes and reduce the cost of people's lives. This includes everything from healthcare to cable bills to child care and we must make sure that American people have the tools necessary to be successful in the 21st century. Congress should be focused on addressing the economic anxiety that the American people are facing, but sadly, we've had to spend a lot of time consumed with this investigation."
