(Washington, DC) – Congresswoman Debbie Dingell (MI-12), Co-Chair of the House Democratic Policy and Communications Committee (DPCC), appeared on America's News HQ on FOX News Sunday and MSNBC Live with Yasmin Vossoughian Monday. Congresswoman Dingell emphasized the importance of working across party lines to defeat COVID, build back our economy and bring the country together.
"In Michigan and across the country people need help, and they need help in so many different ways. They've needed help for months – from small businesses and restaurants to getting vaccines shots into arms. We need to not have people thrown out of their homes because of rent or mortgage payments. The Republican Chair of the Federal Reserve says we need to invest right now. I'm hopeful we're going to get this done. We're going to keep working together. We are going to beat COVID this year. That has got to be the number one issue for all of us. We cannot build back our economy until COVID is under control," said Dingell.
